A proud product of Morgan State University, Allan’s leadership journey took a bold turn when he was recruited by Xerox before completing his degree—an early sign of his ability to recognize and seize divine opportunities. That pivotal moment launched a career defined by innovation, integrity, and impact across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors.
Under Allan’s leadership, the Ride to the Olympics Foundation continues to expand its reach beyond equestrian sports to include pathways in aviation, golf, law, medicine, and leadership development—equipping underrepresented youth to compete and thrive at the highest levels.
As the founder of The Gray Area LLC and iChurchDMV, Allan has created dynamic platforms that merge coaching, discipleship, and cultural leadership across generations.
