RTO is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through the opportunity to learn the art of Equestrian Sports, Fashion, and Leadership Development.
RTO is committed to increasing awareness and exposure throughout the country to horse related sports such as Polo, Show Jumping, and Dressage.
The RTO Team
Created by Miguel Wilson in 2017, equestrian sports had a major impact on his life and success. Through the creation of RTO, Miguel Wilson and the RTO Team aims to expose youth to these same opportunities, granting additional tools for life success.
