MISSION STATEMENT
Ride to the Olympics Foundation exists to empower underrepresented youth by providing access, mentorship, and training in elite equestrian sports and related industries — including polo, aviation, golf, medical, legal, and leadership development pathways. Our mission is to bridge the gap between exposure and opportunity, cultivating discipline, confidence, and excellence in every participant.
VISION STATEMENT
To create a national movement where young people from diverse backgrounds gain equitable access to equestrian sports and parallel professional pipelines — preparing them to
compete, lead, and thrive at the highest levels, both in sport and in life.
ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE
Ride to the Olympics Foundation (RTO) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education, exposure, and empowerment. Founded by Miguel Wilson in 2017, RTO provides opportunities for students to explore equestrianism and related disciplines through experiential learning, scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development.
